Binance limit order

1 Answer(s)

A limit order allows you to buy or sell a stock as soon as it either reaches a low enough or a high enough price.

Instead of manually having a trade occur immediately, one can decide to have a trade occur after the price reaches a specific point. These limit orders can be placed on Binance and used to trade cryptocurrency.

For example, one could decide to have their Bitcoin sell automatically after the price of bitcoin traded on Binance exceeds a certain amount. Unlike a stop order, a limit order is visible to the market. Other traders can, therefore, know that one’s shares will sell once a specific price has been reached.
